You asked for it and now it’s here! After 1000s of satisfied customers, I decided to bring you an extended advanced program. This is a 12-week advanced bench program for peaking, with a focus on building a solid foundation to blow past your current plateaus and ultimately reach your bench goals. This means building a strong foundation in volume, speed and strength. This program emphasizes sets and reps, to slowly progress working up to heavy weight.

I normally don’t do guarantees but if you can challenge yourself to make it through this barbaric program I guarantee results. BUT you have to put the work in first! This twelve week bench program consists of four working days and one optional squat/leg day. It is composed of exercises I currently use and old school variations that most have forgotten. My mission is to get your bench as strong as possible with a simplified but efficient program. No tricks or gimmicks, just hard work!
