My 6-Week Muscle Building Program was created to help you gain muscle mass, strength and endurance. This program can be used by all levels of training experience. My mission with this particular workout is to help you break existing plateaus, target weak points and to help you push to new levels of strength training!
The program is a 4 day split which includes upper and lower body variations.
This program will focus on:
Building muscle, strength and endurance through high Volume accessory work
Utilizes RPE scale and percentages from your 1rm
Emphasizes on building your stabilizer muscles and other muscle groups that assists in building a strong foundation.
